About Seen and Heard

Poster

Challenging the age-old adage “children should be seen and not heard,” the Freedom Museum encourages youth to claim their First Amendment rights and submit original works that express their unique views on contemporary social, political or economic issues. Entries are accepted in the categories of editorial cartoons, film, photojournalism and Web design and are reviewed by joint panel of museum staff and guest judges.
