The First Amendment lists religion as the first of five freedoms. There are two clauses and two ways to look at it: 1) freedom from government establishment of religion; and 2) freedom from government limitation of the free exercise of religion.

The boundary lines of both clauses are not seen clearly by all. Why the dispute? Let's examine religious freedom more closely...
