First Amendment Summer Institute
This July 13-17, the McCormick Freedom Project will offer a weeklong course focusing on the five freedoms of the First Amendment. Participants will learn from national First Amendment experts, partake in related lesson plans immediately transferable to middle school and high school classrooms, and tour the museums and gardens of Cantigny Park, the site of the institute. Three graduate credits will be offered to those attendees wishing to register for the course through Aurora University.
